On top of that come notary, land registry and conveyancing fees, typically adding 1% to 2.5%. In total, budget an additional 8% to 10% over the price for resale, and somewhat more for new builds. No. In Spain, agency fees are paid by the seller. As a buyer, you pay no commission to Nexa Prime Homes for finding the property, negotiating and accompanying you through to signing before the notary. Our buyer advisory service is free of charge to you.
