These terms govern access to and use of the website and the NexaHub platform (the "Service"), owned by Nexa Prime Homes. Using the Service and, in particular, creating an account implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Service.

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. You agree to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information and to keep it current. Submitting false data, or third-party data without consent, is prohibited and may lead to suspension or deletion of the account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or show fraudulent activity.

NexaHub lets you build a tenant profile and a Solvency Passport with the information and documentation you voluntarily provide. The Service is a tool to present and organise your application; it does not guarantee obtaining a home, approval by any landlord, or any specific outcome. The solvency score is indicative and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice.

When using the Service you agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
• Not impersonate third parties or submit forged documents.
• Not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
• Not attempt to access other users' data or breach system security.
• Not use the Service for purposes other than those intended.

Documents you upload (ID, payslips, contracts, etc.) are stored encrypted and used solely to build your tenant profile and, where applicable, to share it with your consent. You warrant that you have the right to provide such documentation and that its content is truthful.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy, in accordance with the GDPR. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and others at any time, and delete your account and data from your profile.

The brand, design, software and content of the Service are owned by Nexa Prime Homes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No licence is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

We strive for continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with their effective date; continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the current version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa Prime Homes shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, nor for decisions that third parties (e.g. landlords) make based on profile information. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

You may unsubscribe and request deletion of your account and data at any time from your profile. We may cancel accounts that breach these terms. Account deletion entails removal of your profile and associated documents, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that apply under the relevant consumer protection regulations.
